So I’m all about balling on a budget and getting the best out of living frugally. Frugal living does not have to be boring and it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life and have the things you need.
Living fabulously frugal is more about finding deals and making better money decisions to help grow your wealth.
With that being said, let me show you some great affordable grocery and kitchen finds that I love and I think you will too.

Over the years, I have purchased so many reusable grocery bags and I tend to leave this in my car because I have to bring so many with me that has the functionality that I need.
Well, I’ll tell you about something I wish I knew about $100 dollars ago. These Lotus reusable bags come nowhere close to $100 and they have all the functions you need in a grocery bag.
Within the 4 bags you get, you have one bag for your eggs, cold items, and your bubbly.
You don’t have to search your trunk for each and they fold so nicely that you won’t ever have to look for these bags, wasting valuable shopping time.
Stroller or Cart Phone Holder
This little gadget is originally made for your stroller or bike, but I’m here to say it works wonders as a cart phone holder.
As you shop and your phone rings, you don’t have to dig in your purse in frenzy and end up with a missed call.
Your phone can hang right in front of you on the basket so you can always find it.
Now some of you might say, “well, that's why I have a Bluetooth earpiece”, and that's fine for you normal-sized ear people. But for us small ear people, the earpiece doesn’t feel comfortable so we need our phone in reach.
I also like that you don’t have to lay your phone in the top basket section and risk losing it or having it get extremely germy.
Adjustable Bread Keeper
Now that you made it home from grocery shopping, let’s talk about some great things that will help you keep your groceries fresh and organized in your kitchen.

It’s really sturdy and the shape allows you to stack items on top in case you need to, it’s truly multifunctional.
Food Huggers for Butter and Cheese
I’ve heard of food huggers before as I know you have, but it was mostly for avocados and containers.
While I’m not an avocado lover, sorry don’t shoot me, LOL! I love the food huggers that fit on the butter and cheese.
I don’t know how many expensive ziplock bags I’ve wanted on repacking my cheese in the fridge. Don’t get me started on the cream cheese.
But these little awesome butter and cheese food huggers have saved my frustration and money.
Refrigerator Strorage
These next two little items save you money and the hassle of constantly cleaning the refrigerator.
The 8pc storage bins are heavy-duty and BPA-free, so they are safe to store your food items in.
They save you so much space in the fridge and help keep things tidy and clean. You really only have to clean the bins if you play your cards right.
Most of the expensive sets come with egg storage, but I needed more. So I’ve added the stackable egg storage bins, you won’t notice the price difference and you get more egg storage.
Whisk Wiper
Ok, so I confess that I have stopped using my whisk because the clean-up is just too messy and I feel like I can’t get all the excess brownie batter unless I lick it off.
Now my kids have no complaints, but as a frugal Mom, I’m thinking, “I could have made a whole brownie with all that batter.
That’s why I like this little kitchen find. This whisk wiper allows you to scrap the excess batter from the whisk and when you detach it from the whisk, you can scrap the bowl clean.
It attaches to the whisk once you're done so you don’t have to search for it. Genius!
Over the Sink Cutting Board
When I used to chop my veggie and seasoning, I would need extra counter space to the side and hopefully get every piece of scrap into the trash. Exhausting right!?

Pantry Cabinet Turntable
I can’t tell you how much I love repurposing this lazy Susan as a pantry corner turntable.
I have sharp corners in my pantry that are a pain to get to. Often the space goes unused until I got one of these babies.
You can place pantry items as far back in the corner as you please and turn to get them later.
This makes the pantry more spacious and completely functional.
Major Take Away
I love having nice things, but I love saving money. I don’t think you should choose too often because it’ll take the fun out of life.
Finding affordable products that are durable and functional will allow you to keep them around for a long time, thus saving your pennies and helping you stay one of the cool kids on the block.
